HOW TO APPLY

• Step 1: Shake well before use. Apply two layers of eyeliner onto your eyelids and let it dry for a few seconds.
• Step 2: Apply your favorite lash directly on top of the extra-tacky eyeliner. Re-apply eyeliner on the inner eye corner and outer eye corner for maximum lash hold and to prevent lifting.

Can be used on bare eyelids or over eyeshadow.

For best results, store the eyeliner tip facing down for optimal ink flow.
